You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our prescriber for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted for medicinal products, in accordance with UK consumer legislation governing prescription medicines.
If your order is declined for clinical reasons prior to dispensing, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at the email address provided on our website.
